1 c. Molasses
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 c. coconut
2 eggs
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Mix molasses, sugar and flour well. Add soda to sour cream. Add coconut, eggs, cream and mix well. Pour into raw pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and then 20 additional minutes at 325 degrees until done.
