3 cups imitation crabmeat, shredded
1- 12ounce jar parmesan alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
6 flour tortillas
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together ½ of the alfredo sauce and the crabmeat. Fill the tortillas ache with 1/6 of the mixture. Roll and place in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
