Ritz Cracker Pie~
Ritz Cracker Pie~ 3 egg whites 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans 23 crushed Ritz Crackers 1 teaspoon vanilla Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and baking powder. Beat until they stand in peaks. Fold in nuts, crackers, and vanilla. Spread into well greased pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes. Serve with slightly sweetened whipped cream.
