I'm still going to the gym 3-4 days a week... lost another 3lbs but then gained back some probably from the weight training :O at least i hope so LMBO
So how's everyone else doing?

I am still going fairly good. Getting a good 5 or so exercize days in a week. I try to do at least 30 min those days.
Watching my food intake, and drinking alot of water.
Some days are harder than others...but I am pluggin along.
