Sweet and Savory Brisket (crockpot)
Sweet and Savory Brisket (crockpot) 1 – four pound brisket 1/3 cup grape jelly 1 cup ketchup 1 package dry onion soup mix ¾ teaspoon black pepper Cut brisket in half. Place one half of the brisket in slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the jelly, ketchup, soup mix and pepper. Spread one half of the mixture over the one half brisket. Put remaining piece of brisket in crockpot. Pour remaining sauce over the brisket. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
